At OVME, we stand behind our medical-grade skincare products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that opened or used products must meet specific quality criteria to be eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

  Contact our guest experience team via email or visit your local OVME studio with your order number and proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all components and promotional materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to an OVME studio coordinator.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or studio credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
